  1. Dear sir I had an energy company over the phone agree a monthly amount for electric only of £42pm as I am disabled and 66years old, first month it was £42 they charged me for electricity as I live alone, then the next month it was £69 and the last month I was with them came to £112, so I used a U-switch and changed company after the 12 weeks I was with them, the new company had no problem changing me over to their service, but then bigger bills started to come, I never responded, and now they have sent me a county court order to pay £50pm they have had a county court case hearing 400 miles away in Yorkshire? I live in southwest Cornwall with no transport,so I feel railroaded as I could not even make a trip to leeds on a bus!! I am told if I dont pay £50pm they will send in the bailifs as the debt was £112 now its £749..I can't pay any advice please?
